居住证明要求

概览

从这份清单中使用的文件，必须反映 driver's licence 或 identification card 所使用的地址。

申请 New Brunswick Driver's Licence 或 Identification Card，或更改其地址时，你必须本人前往 Service New Brunswick office，并提交以下项目：

• 至少两份下表中的文件
• 同一机构签发的两份文件不被接受
• 所有提供的文件都必须是最近一次签发的版本
• 如适用，提供姓名变更证明，例如结婚证、离婚文件、Certificate of Name Change

请注意：从这份清单中使用的文件，必须反映 driver's licence 或 identification card 所使用的地址。

可接受文件类型与要求

Utility bill

包括 phone、internet、electricity、cable、water/sewer，或 home heating fuel invoice，例如 oil、natural gas、propane 等。

• 必须是最近 billing cycle 的 current utility bill，可以是 monthly、quarterly 或 semi-annually
• 必须包含申请人或 legal guardian 的姓名
• 同一类型账单的两个月账单不被接受
• Bundled services 算作一份文件

Residential lease

• 必须由 landlord 和 tenant 填写并签署

Property tax bill or notice of assessment

• 必须是 current year's tax bill 或 notice of assessment

Land title document

• Land title document

Mortgage documents

• 必须来自 bank 或 lawyer's office。尚未完成 property transfer 的文件不能接受。

Benefit confirmation issued by the Government of Canada / personal Income tax

• 可包括 Universal Child Care Benefit、Employment Insurance、GST/HST Credit、Canada Pension Plan
• 必须是 current year
• 文件必须由 Canada Revenue Agency 签发

New Brunswick Social Development

• New Brunswick Social Development Health Card
• Social Development Residence Confirmation

Employment confirmation

• Pay stub、T4 或 employer letter

Insurance policy / Liability insurance card

• Home insurance policy
• Auto insurance policy 或 original insurance card

Firearms Possession card
